This is one of the newish Qatari Restaurants in town. It is a gem of a place. The restaurant is built as a Qatari House and is traditionally decorated, to the highest specification. It has an outside sitting on the first floor and downstairs.
The Staff and well-groomed, polite, and knowledgeable(not only about the food but also about the company that owns it and the menu of other restaurants owned by the company. As you can see I am totally impressed). The service was quite quick.
The food is quite essentially authentic traditional and innovative Qatari dishes served for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I had thought I knew every dish in Qatari Cuisine but this place proved how wrong I was. The taste of the food was good. It would make a lot of difference if the bread was served hot.
The thing to note is that Friday’s timing varies a bit. They are open from 8 am to 11.45 am and then from 12 pm to 12 am.
