Hot showers can strip your skin of its natural oils, leaving it dry and itchy. During the summer months, take cool or lukewarm showers to keep your skin healthy and hydrated. If you do not have the coolers installed on your tanks try to fill the water in a container and keep it to cool off before enjoying the bath.
