Turmeric Water
I have been taking this for some years now, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I alternate between this and Ash gourd Juice. Turmeric contains Lipopolysaccharides, endotoxins that boost immunity and lower the risk of cold. Drinking turmeric water daily can help in defending against pesky viruses.
Some of the benefits of turmeric water are that it boosts heart health which in turn purifies the blood, improves blood circulation which clears your skin, gets rid of your acne, prevents headache and cold, improve the immune system, improves your liver health, improves digestions, which helps lose weight.
How do you make Turmeric Water or milk?
In a cup take some warm water /Milk and add some raw turmeric, and black pepper( helps the body absorb the turmeric better ) I add a little cinnamon( kick starts the metabolism, its good for me as mine is slow), and a little paprika(it thins the blood ). Mix it well and serve. Always consult your doctor before you start a new regime and if you feel uncomfortable STOP. Remember everybody is different.
